BBB Terms and Refund Policy

In agreeing to attend training / camp / clinic / competition, I:

1. Know and accept that all fees are prepaid and are non-refundable. I am fully aware that fees are non-refundable even if we are leaving the country for good, suffering from permanent injuries or poor health , facing a pandemic etc.
2. Agree with the collection of personal data for the purpose of registration and enrolment.
3. Am aware that there may be a referral benefit for some programmes.(Please approach our administrative staff for more info)
4. Will not hold Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd, organizers, sponsors, and appointed officers responsible for any actions, losses, damages, injuries, death or related expenses arising from the participation of any trainings, competitions and activities.
5. Release and forever discharge Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd from all claims that I may have or may have had arising from, or in connection with Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd; and indemnify, will keep indemnified and hold harmless Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd, to the extent permitted by law in respect of any claim as a result of or in connection with Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd.
6. Warrant that I / my child have not at any time suffered blackout, seizure, convulsion, fainting, dizzy spells or any other medical condition and is not presently receiving treatment for any illness, disorder or injury which would render it unsafe for me / my child to take part in activities / training / competition by Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd.
7. Have read and consent to participate in activities / training / competition by Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd and understand the risk involved and further agree to be bound by the Code of Conduct and operating rules.
8. Understand all photos and videos taken during trainings, events and competitions by Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd belongs to Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd, for use including but not limited to; publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.
9. Acknowledge that Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd uses its best endeavors to ensure that the equipment and sporting facilities used are safe and fit for purpose and acknowledge that all sports and physical activities are inherently dangerous and accept the inherent associated risks.
10. Am aware and accept that Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd does not provide insurance coverage for trainees and participants.
11. Am aware and accept that Basketball Beyond Borders Pte Ltd advises participants to take up insurance coverage on their own while participating in sports activities, due to the inherent risk in sports.
